1. Vertical Solution Expert

Berikut deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Promote Huawei Solutions of Energy in the Indonesia Energy market;
• Communicate solutions of Energy with solution department from PLN or Pertamina.
• Attend Energy industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations;
• Further relationships with the customers’ junior- and mid-level personnel and technical personnel.
• Independently gain insights into PLN and Pertamina, develop the solution design, bidding, and quotation for multiple products.
• Execute the brand marketing activities following established branding strategies.
• Develop the target, direction, path, pace, and tactics of the Energy market in two to three years and specify the
• Dan resource allocation requirements, such as the development manpower and marketing investment. Lead the team to achieve the goal

Berikut Persyaratan :

• Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Energy Power and Mechanical Engineering or other ICT related majors.
• Minimum 7 years ICT product/solution Sales hands-on experience in Energy Industry.
  Be familiar with the production system of the electric power industry, smart grid construction solutions, and smart power plants
• Understand the digital transformation requirements of oil production, oil transportation, and refining, and have experience in ICT solutions for oil customers.
• Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Capability to build relationship with customer
• Fast learning capability, enable to adapt to new environment
• A team player, target oriented and open-minded.
